About ExecuJet Haite: 

ExecuJet Haite Aviation Services China Co. Ltd is a full-service state-of-the-art business jet dedicated facility located at Binhai International Airport in Tianjin, China. The Tianjin facility encompasses over 10,000 sqm. of total space with 2,640 sqm. of dedicated business jet hangarage and three floors of office, storage and workshops. The company boast a Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) Part 145, EASA Part 145, FAA repair station, Cayman, Bermuda, Aruba, Hong Kong, and Macau approvals to perform various levels of line and base maintenance. With substantial investment in facilities and ground support equipment as well as engineers trained by Bombardier in the United States and Canada, Embraer in Brazil, and Dassault Falcon Jet in France, ExecuJet Haite offers superb maintenance support for multiple product lines across Asia. ExecuJet Haite is an authorized service center for Dassault Falcon Jet, Embraer Executive Jets, Honeywell, and Rolls-Royce on various airframe, APU, and engine types. ExecuJet Haite also offers line and base maintenance support on multiple Gulfstream models and line support for the Boeing business jet.

Paul Desgrosseilliers, General Manager, ExecuJet Haite Aviation Services China Co. Ltd

Paul joined ExecuJet Haite in April 2013 as the General Manager and Accountable Manager for a large full-scale maintenance repair and overhaul facility with CAAC part-145, FAA, EASA, JMM, Cayman, Bermuda and Aruba approvals which includes service center authorizations from Dassault Falcon Jet, Embraer Executive Jets, Honeywell, and Rolls-Royce for various types of aircraft, avionics and engines. The organization performs line and heavy base maintenance on over fifteen different aircraft types including Bombardier, Gulfstream, Falcon, Embraer, and Boeing Business Jet models.

Paul has worked in China for twelve years, spending the prior time in China working for Jet Aviation and acting as Chief Representative, responsible for business development activities in China. While working for Jet Aviation, Desgrosseilliers also served as the first General Manager for Shenzhen Business Aviation Center, the fixed-based operations (FBO) at Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport run by Deer Jet.

Before relocating to China in 2009, Desgrosseilliers spent more than seven years as Operations Manager for Jet Aviation's Boston/Bedford FBO/MRO in Massachusetts, US. During that time, Paul was one of a few managers from Jet Aviation brought to Beijing to assist in the management of business jet operations during the Olympic Games in 2008.

Desgrosseilliers holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Science from Bridgewater State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, US. He has a FAA private pilot license, FAA dispatcher license and CAAC maintenance manager certificate. He is also currently serving a two-year term as Vice Chairman within the Board of Directors of AsBAA. (Asian Business Aviation Association)
