Steve McManus, Sr. Sales Director, GE Aviation

Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, Steve leads business aviation sales in Asia and the United States for GE and CFM engines powering Boeing Business Jets, Embraer, Airbus Corporate Jets, and Bombardier aircraft.

Having more than 35 years of experience at GE in engineering, customer/product support and sales, Steve brings a strong background in private, business, and commercial aviation.  Steve began his career in engineering, working in new engine production, manufacturing, and quality.  This experience allowed him to move to the growing commercial services organization as product support engineering and model leader on the GE90 engine, and then onto managing the spare parts team. Steve brings this domain experience and industry expertise to his current role as business jet sales leader.

On a personal note, Steve is a pilot, comes from a family of pilots, and has enjoyed the pleasure and challenges of aircraft ownership himself. Combining his years of professional experience with his passion for aviation Steve brings a firsthand understanding of business aircraft ownership.

Steve holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a certified Six Sigma Master Blackbelt.
