Ken Shou, Customer Account Director – North Asia, Business Aviation, Civil Aerospace, Rolls-Royce International Ltd

Ken Shou joined Rolls-Royce in 2002.  Today, he is a Customer Account Director for Business Aviation in North Asia.  In this role, Ken is responsible for CorporateCare® Sales and Operation Support activities.  He is based at the Rolls-Royce International Ltd office in Hong Kong.

During his career, Ken has held a variety of customer facing roles at Rolls-Royce.  Most recently, Ken served as a Regional Customer Manager for Business Aviation in North Asia and Asia-Pacific regions. He provided technical support and was responsible for customer satisfaction for Rolls-Royce products and services.

Prior to joining Business Aviation, Ken worked in Rolls-Royce Civil Aerospace as a Project Manager overlooking key relationships with major airlines and airframe manufacturers. During his tenure he accumulated an extensive knowledge on all major engine models that range from the classic RB211 to the large Trent engines and more recently the intelligent BR700 and Pearl series of engines.

Ken graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Ken resides in Hong Kong with his wife and two children. In his spare time Ken enjoys reading, cooking, and swimming.
