Dear Industry Colleagues,

I wanted to give you an update on how the ASGVEC event that will be taking place later in the year is progressing.

Set to take place between September 14 - 16, 2021, the Asian Sky Group Virtual Exhibition and Conference (ASGVEC) takes the form of a familiar trade show style event, with exhibition halls, stands, and booths all recreated in a fully immersive 3D virtual world that is simple to use.

From a standard computer browser, attendees are free to explore ASGVEC as much as they want. They will be able to wander through exhibition halls, meet exhibitors and other attendees face-to-face via webcams that appear directly on attendee's avatars, go onboard faithfully recreated photo-realistic aircraft that are on the static display, and take a seat in the auditorium for one of the many informative conference sessions.

The response to the Asian Sky Group Virtual Exhibition and Conference has been nothing less than phenomenal, with many companies contacting us to find out more about exhibiting and asking to book a live demo on the platform. If you would like to find out about exhibiting or would like to book your own demo, you can email us at alud@asianskygroup.com. In the meantime, to download the Media Kit, please click on the 'Download Media Kit' button below, or just click here.

We have also been overwhelmed by the response to the conference section, with many people offering to speak or moderate.

When putting together the agenda topics and speakers we decided early on that we would have two main rules: It is Asia's conference for Asia, so all the content must be about the region, and all the speakers must either be in Asia or spend a great deal of their time here.

The conference agenda should be finalized in the next few days, so please be on the lookout for that.
