About Metrojet: 

Established in 1997 and headquartered in Hong Kong, Metrojet Limited as part of the Kadoorie Group and a sister company of The Peninsula Hotels, pioneered business aviation services in Hong Kong and remains one of the foremost safety and customer-focussed business jet operators and maintenance providers in the Asia Pacific region. Metrojet provides all-inclusive aircraft management, charter, maintenance, and aviation consultancy services to our growing business aviation customer base.

 

Metrojet’s maintenance department in Hong Kong is a fully certified Repair Station with approvals from the Hong Kong CAD, the United States FAA and is fully authorised to carry out maintenance on aircraft registered in China, Macau, Philippines, Bermuda, Canada, Isle of Man, Cayman Islands, San Marino, Aruba and Qatar. Metrojet is an Authorised Gulfstream Warranty Facility and an Authorised Service Centre for Rolls-Royce. Its highly trained engineers also have Pratt & Whitney, GE and Honeywell APU type ratings, and its Avionics and Airframe engineers have ratings on Gulfstream aircraft.

Metrojet has expanded its presence in Asia in 2012 with the opening of Metrojet Engineering Clark – a maintenance facility located at Diosdado Macapagal International Airport within the Clark Freeport Zone in the Philippines. Metrojet Engineering Clark’s new 7,100 m2 hangar and MRO facility is now operational.

Gary Dolski, Chief Executive Officer, Metrojet Ltd.

Gary brings more than 40 years of progressive international aviation experience to Metrojet having previously worked for Bristol Aerospace, Bombardier, MD Helicopters and Jet Aviation.

In September 2017, Gary was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of Metrojet Limited. The company’s principle lines of business include Aircraft Management and Maintenance with operations based in Hong Kong SAR and Clark, the Philippines, servicing the Asia Pacific region.

His work experience covers business development and strategy, customer support, finance, commercial, completions/refurbishment, manufacturing, programme management, FBO, MRO, and aircraft management and charter within the commercial, military and general aviation sectors.

Gary has significant international experience having held numerous senior management positions based in locations throughout Canada, the UK, USA and Singapore prior to his arrival in Hong Kong.

Justin Yeung, Head of Commercial, Metrojet Ltd

As the Head of Commercial at Metrojet, Justin has proactively established and expanded the capabilities of the Commercial department since joining the company in 2018. Justin and his team are responsible for business development and sales, contract management, insurance, and corporate governance matters for Metrojet.

Justin successfully led the contract negotiations for the long-term lease to construct and operate Metrojet’s new 26,000m2 business aviation parking and MRO facility in Clark, the Philippines. This US$25m investment project is the largest so far in Metrojet’s 24-year history. The facility commenced operations in Q2 2021, and will be a cornerstone in maintaining Metrojet’s competitive advantage in the region.

Justin graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a Bachelor in Laws (Hons). He started his career with Rolls-Royce in the UK and completed his MBA with Manchester Business School in 2017. In his free time he enjoys bouldering and sailing.
